We aim to dispatch all Orders same day if placed by 12 noon, apart from weekend orders which will be dispatched the next working day. All parcels are sent by Courierpost are 'Track and Traceable'/ and can be delivered to rural, household, business addresses and PO Box number.

We currently do not send internationally.

Holiday times do have an impact on this, so please factor this in when ordering.

In the rare event that a parcel goes missing, it takes some time for compensation to be issued. Both PartyOnline and you the customer, will have to fill out and return forms as part of the claims process.


All returns must be placed within 7 working days of the despatch date.

We believe in the quality of our products and hand check all garments before sending anything out to our customers. However, in the slim chance you do receive something from us that is flawed, dirty or faulty we will pay for the return shipping of the item and either arrange a full refund or an exchange - whichever the customer would prefer. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the faulty item has been caused by the customer. Please provide proof of purchase with returned item and all goods must be in original packaging. If items are returned due to change of mind, there will be a 20% restocking and  $5.00 administration fee deducted from refund. No refund will be given if item is not returned in orginal condition and packaging.  If we see the items been worn or returned creased and not folded like sent we will not refund the item. ( All items leaving our store our folded and pressed)

We do not refund on wigs due to hygienic reasons.

Please note if unsure of sizing it is best to call us and discuss the individual item, these do vary between items. If returning item due to wrong sizing there is a restocking fee of 20%.

We do not refund on Sale items or exchange on sale items, please ring to discuss if concern about sizing before purchase.

If for any reason you simply change your mind on your order, we will be happy to exchange it. The garments must be in brand new condition and have the original labels still attached. You, the customer, will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of the item. Please note that we can not refund you for any shipping costs that you may have been charged with your original order. Please include proof of purchase with your item and goods in original condition and packaging. We do not hold items for exhange, so please buy the item online you are wanting to exchange for and we recieve the item back we will refund this item less the courier fee.


Please note we do not exchange on Sale items.  If unsure of sizing or item please ring or email before purchasing.
